Delete your RideLoop account

RideLoop is the motorcycle route-planning and navigation app published by Detached Solutions LLC on Google Play (package name com.getrideloop.app).

You can delete your account and associated personal data in the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open RideLoop on your device.

Go to Profile, then Settings.

Under Account, tap Delete account.

Type DELETE to confirm, then complete the deletion.

Deletion is permanent. It removes your account credentials and associated data stored for your account on RideLoop servers, including saved rides, routes, and related cloud-stored route objects. Your contact may also be removed from our marketing or audience email list when applicable.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the same email address used for your RideLoop account. Use the subject line “RideLoop account deletion request” and ask us to delete your account and associated data.

We may ask you to verify that you control the account before we process the request.

Data we delete and short-term retention

When your account is deleted, we remove your account record and associated personal information from RideLoop systems in the ordinary course of processing the deletion.

Some information may remain briefly in operational backups or diagnostic logs until those systems rotate. Signing out of the app ends your session but does not delete your account.
